Fear Not

The Lord’s message to you today is the same message He sent through His angels so long ago: “Fear not.” He can say that because He knows more than we do. He sees what we cannot see. He knows what is coming, and, in the eternal scheme of things, it is not as bad as we may think. He knows that we can handle it with His help because He knows how to strengthen and succor us.

Most of all, He tells us not to fear because He knows that fear will paralyze us. It will keep us from knowing and doing His will; accepting His blessings, His love, and His light; and fulfilling His purposes. 

If you are fearful—whatever your fears may be—I invite you to turn to the Lord and trust in His love, His goodness, and His grace. It is mightier than any force on earth. Light the World

This Christmas season, my family and I are going to try a little harder to remember our Savior by serving others and in doing so "Light the World".  I've made this little print that is the perfect size  for a business card magnet to stick on the fridge. That is the one place I know every member of the family consistently looks- multiple times a day in fact :)

We plan to watch each day's message every morning before school and work.  Sounds easier that it really is! Our kids slept in today and it didn't happen like I hoped. We pulled up to school right as the bell was ringing. But we won't give up!

 Oh how I love this time of year! Several of my neighbors have began to hang their Christmas lights. Even though it has been warm & sunny weather here in Utah, I am definitely catching the Christmas spirit!!  I designed these as a way to thank all of your for following me along on this blog, facebook, Instagram, pinterest etc.  I started this blog to add a little light and goodness to the internet. Days to Christmas {Free Countdown Printables}

I know it's not Christmas yet. Forgive me for posting these before Thanksgiving (gasp.) I know. But I wanted to give you time to print and frame them before December 1st rolls around.

How to use the free countdown printables: print them (at a photo center or at home or at a copy center)

Frame and write the days to Christmas directly on the glass (with a dry erase marker.)

OR 

you can also just put them in a plastic page protector and write directly on that as well.

Either way, I hope you enjoy them :)
